About

Who am I?

Ohio born and raised, I have now been a Colorado resident for a few years with my husband. Adventuring around any weekend we can, Colorado has continued to surprise me with its unbelievable beauty and variation of nature. We have enjoyed getting into the mountains any chance we get with our dog, Murphy.

After living 5 years in Los Angeles, I got to enjoy a wide variety of hobbies. Learning how to SUP, climb, slackline, and a little bit of acroyoga have been great ways to meet new friends in the area. Climbing brought a great community of like-minded people into my life and have been lucky to continue here in Colorado.

Having started my practice in Ohio, I continue to go back quarterly to see patients in the Columbus area. It’s been wonderful to keep my original practice open and growing while being able to visit with family and old friends. I feel very fortunate to continue to use my skills to be in 3 states and help all types of movement dysfunction with all types of patients.

After graduation, my fascination with the body's ability to heal itself has only intensified. Every body is truly different and being able to improve the quality of life for another person is an indescribable feeling. Although I love getting to see the instant reward of changing someone's posture, my favorite part of appointments is being able to educate. Helping someone to understand a few things that will change their life for the better is the main focus of my time and will hopefully keep you out of the treatment room longer!
