Kaitie Peterson
Kaitie is a graduate of the American Institute of Alternative Medicine and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. While attending school, she specialized in Neuromuscular Therapy and trigger point release. She has furthered her education with courses that have proven helpful in the treatment room. The skills she has continued to acquire help her prevent injury as well as ease chronic or acute pain symptoms on clients ranging from Olympic athletes to people on work disability.
After graduation, her fascination with the body's ability to rebound from all levels and types of physical trauma has only intensified. Every body is truly different and being able to improve the quality of life for another person is an indescribable feeling. Although she loves getting to see the instant reward of changing someone's posture, her favorite part of appointments is being able to educate. Making sure the patient understands fascia at a basic level is one of Kaitie's passions and what she believes to be one of the biggest influences that allows people to help themselves outside of the treatment room.
Kaitie is currently a Colorado resident that travels back regularly to Ohio for the first practice she started in Columbus. When she isn't working, Kaitie likes to venture into the mountains with her husband and dog to take in all the beautiful nature Colorado has to offer. Her love for travel continues to grow with each trip she and her growing family take!
